What type of information do we collect from you?  The only information that we would ask for or collect from viewers of the website or clients of Endeavour floral design are the relevant contact details that are needed to carry out commissions for both weddings and events.  This information is vital for invited and also efficient communication and will only ever be used for the purposes of work based communication and or business based relationship building between ourselves and each individual client. 

How do we collect this information from you?  Apart from the online contact form that clients are free to fill out and submit to Endeavour floral design in relation to a wedding and or event that they themselves are arranging, we do not collect information via our website that is used and or stored in any way. 

Why do we collect this information from you?  All of the needed contact information that is asked for via our online contact form is relevant only to the floral design requirements of that particular client.  The contact information that is provided by our clients is collected and or freely given for the purposes of open communication and or fulfilling individual client request's. 

How do we use & store our customer & or site visitor information?  We only ever use or store the relevant contact information that is needed for efficient communication.  We will only ever ask for details such as an email address and or a contact phone number and as we do not offer a card payment facility, payment card details would not be asked for or stored in any way.   

Do we share or disclose any part of your information with others?  At Endeavour floral design, we do take client privacy very seriously and would not at any time or for any reason share contact details with any outside person or company.

How do we guarantee to keep your information safe?  At Endeavour floral design we are very conscious about client information safety and as a result, we do take all proportions with regards to computer and online security so that the risk of hacked information is as limited as possible.   

How & why do we communicate with our customers & or site visitors?  All communications from Endeavour floral design will always only be directly related to that individual client and their specific enquiry with Endeavour floral design.     

How do you withdraw your consent for us to store your information?  Just ask and it will be taken care of for you!  As previously mentioned, we only ever store contact information that is directly related to our clients weddings and events and if you would like us to immediately delete your information after your enquiry has been taken care of, this is of course completely fine.

Our privacy policy updates:  At Endeavour floral design, we do reserve the right to update our privacy policy from time to time but please do note, that updates will only ever be for the purposes of increased client security.
