THE PROCESS OF WORKING TOGETHER:

On the day, Steve and the team will personally deliver and install your flowers with the same care and attention that went into designing them. You can relax knowing every arrangement will be perfectly placed.

We’ll start with a relaxed, informal chat to understand your floral ideas, venue choice, and overall vision. This helps us guide you clearly on style, scale and budget - and ensures we’re aligned from the start.

Once you’re ready to go ahead, a £250 deposit secures your event with Endeavour Floral Design. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the event takes place.

Following our consultation, you’ll receive an initial design proposal based on everything we’ve discussed. This includes the colour palette and key floral elements.

Once you're happy with the direction, we’ll refine the details and provide a clear quotation. We’ll advise honestly on where to invest for the most impact to ensure the design reflects your style.

As the date of your event approaches, we’ll finalise all of the elements of your floral design scheme and will liaise with your venue or planner to ensure every detail is covered. We’ll also at this stage confirm your timings and logistics for your design installation.

Yes of course! This will always be an informal conversation between us which is vital for gathering the correct information that directly relates to the style, variety and colour palette of your wedding decorations. It really is important for me to clearly understand as early as possible what your design requirements will be, this conversation will also hugely help to make the quotation process as efficient as possible for you.

Although I do not specify a minimum spend amount as I do understand that budgets will differ from client to client, I ask that you have a clear idea of what your budget would be so that a realistic conversation can be had during our consultation.

Myself and my team have worked within the events industry for many years and within that time, we have worked with event clients who have requested the creation of displays in every style imaginable so yes, we are confident that your design style will be no problem at all.

We unfortunately do not offer event packages as no two events are ever the same! We do however offer bespoke and tailored design combinations that will embellish your event day celebrations perfectly and within both your preferred design style and budget.

Display samples can be provided although we do charge for these. All of our sample displays would be costed at the same price as your actual event displays and the cost of all sample displays, would be added to your final payable balance amount.

Yes, at our studio we do have in stock a wide variety of vases, prop options and candle holders so please do ask so your request can be looked into. If however we do not have in stock the item that you have requested, we can source this for you via the many prop houses that are located throughout the London area.

Steve himself is always present for all event display installations and depending on the size of your instillation, our team of expert florists will attend alongside Steve.

After you have agreed the displays and details within your final design quotation, a deposit amount of £250.00 would be payable in order to secure your event date with us. The balance can then be paid either in instalments or as one balance payment. The full balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to your event date.
